Róisín is an Associate in Orpen Franks’ Corporate and Commercial Department. Róisín has advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, commercial and contractual arrangements, joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements.

She has experience working on a broad range of corporate transactions across different industries and sectors, from large-scale domestic transactions to transactions involving SMEs.

Before working in Orpen Franks, Róisín worked in a number of practice areas including immigration law and litigation.

• Róisín graduated from University College Dublin with a BCL in Law in 2016. She then went on to complete an LLM in Criminology and Criminal Justice, also in University College Dublin in 2017.
• Róisín commenced work in Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP in 2021 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2023.
