Paul joined Orpen Franks as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in July 2020 and has extensive experience working with domestic and international business on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across a number of sectors.
Paul advises clients on mergers and acquisitions of private companies, venture capital and private equity transactions. He also advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters including corporate restructurings, capital reductions, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.

- Paul graduated from University College Dublin in 2000 with B.C.L degree and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2006.
