Laura is an associate solicitor in our Commercial Property and Construction department. Laura has valuable experience in non-contentious construction and real estate development. Laura advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions including commercial property acquisitions, disposals, development schemes, restructuring issues and secured finance. In addition Laura has also acted for developers and construction professionals in negotiating construction contracts for numerous development projects.

In 2015 Laura graduated from University College Dublin with a BCL in Law. Laura joined Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP in 2017 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2019.
