Aoife is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property department. Aoife worked in general practices in the west of Ireland for a number of years before joining Orpen Franks gaining experience in all areas of law. Aoife advises clients on all aspects of property law to include purchases, sales, leasing and financing. Aoife also advises Developers in the sale of units in newly constructed commercial and residential developments for both private sale and social housing, to include site acquisition, financing, drafting development documentation, compliance with the Multi Unit Development Act, 2011 and negotiating with Approved Social Housing Bodies and Local Authorities.
