Anne Barrett is a Senior Associate in our Litigation Department.
Prior to joining Orpen Franks, Anne was a partner for eighteen years in a boutique litigation firm.
Anne is a very experienced litigator with vast experience covering all areas of general litigation and dispute resolution.
She has particular specialism in Professional and Medical Negligence actions and all types of Personal Injury matters.
In addition, Anne advices both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters and has appeared before the High Court, Circuit Court, Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court on many occasions.
