About Wyn Raftery

Wyn deals principally with the sale and acquisition of residential properties advising private clients in relation to property transactions including security. Her private client experience extends to will drafting, the administration of estates, voluntary dispositions, farming land, first registration applications and tax issues. Wyn also has extensive experience in the area of ground rents and is principally responsible for dealing with the acquisition/disposal of the freehold interests in properties by the Firm’s freehold owner and landlord clients.

National University of Ireland, Dublin (MSc. Business & Management). Law Society of Ireland (Certificate in English and Welsh Land Law).
