About Fionnuala Murphy
Fionnuala is a Consultant in our Commercial Property and Banking departments, having joined Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP in 1999. She has extensive experience in all aspects of property law, and advises clients in complex commercial and residential property transactions, planning matters, new building and construction and the legal issues associated with general conveyancing practice. Fionnuala has a strong landlord and tenant practice. Fionnuala lectures students in the area of landlord and tenant law, focusing on the commercial, legal and statutory issues in this area. In addition, she advises lending institutions and receivers in respect of security enforcement and perfection of title. She acts both for lending institutions and receivers in the restructuring of loan facilities and refinancing.Education
Fionnuala was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 1998, having completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at University College Cork.Professional Memberships
