About Anne Smith

Anne is a Partner in our Commercial Property Department practising in a wide and varied range of commercial conveyancing transactions. She has acted in the purchase and sale of nursing homes, office, retail, industrial, licensed and mixed-use premises and for both landlords and tenants in the granting and taking of long and short term occupational leases and agreements for lease. She advises clients engaged in large scale refinances of property portfolios and has represented developers, local authorities, lending institutions, housing associations, liquidators and receivers as well as private individuals.

Education

Anne graduated from UCD in 1999 with a Master of Arts degree and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. She holds the Law Society Diploma in Commercial Property and the STEP Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning.
