Top Family Lawyer Deirdre Burke has joined forces with Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP, to set up a new Family Law department at the Dublin 4 firm.

Deirdre has been practicing in the Wicklow and Dublin areas for 25 years and says she’s excited to be part of the Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP team. “The formalities are now complete and I am looking forward to offering legal support in separation, divorce and other family law cases for Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP new and existing clients.”

Deirdre will continue to run her office in Wicklow town as well as working from the Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP office in Burlington Road.
Deirdre Burke’s Expertise in Family Law
Deidre Burke has a strong, proven history in family law and civil litigation, including a ground-breaking case which created new civil law in long-term child sexual abuse cases. Described as “decisive, supportive, and perceptive”, Deirdre is a member of the Family Lawyers Association, and a member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland.
Her legal awards include Family Lawyer of the Year 2019 and Sole Practitioner of the Year 2018. Deirdre is a trained Family Law Mediator and is a passionate advocate of keeping family law cases out of court wherever possible.
