The Irish Times reports on the Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP successful bid to legally challenge plans for 300 apartments in Monkstown, Dublin. The decision to grant approval was made by An Bord Pleanála.
Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP leads the case on behalf of Starrs Holdings, on the basis that the planning decision was flawed and should be set aside.
