Fionnuala Murphy, Consultant in our Commercial Property Department, was delighted to be invited to speak to over 100 members of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) about legal issues relating to commercial lettings. The Annual Lettings’ Day Seminar organised by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) on Saturday, 23 November 2019 focused on property lettings.  It included presentations on the Private Residential Tenancies Board, taxation issues, as well as commercial lettings.

The seminar was designed to give IPAV members an opportunity to update their knowledge. Ms. Murphy’s presentation included details on rent reviews, tenants’ statutory rights of renewal, renunciation of rights of renewal and other day to day matters facing practitioners in this field.
