About Gráinne Butler
Gráinne works in our Private Client department, having joined Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP in 1994. Gráinne was appointed as Partner in 2006. Gráinne has twenty years’ experience in the Private Client area. Her experience extends to all areas of Private Client to include providing sensitive and expert advice in relation to Estate Planning, drafting of Wills, creation of Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Ward of Court applications and applications for Nursing Home Support, Administration of Estates, both solvent and insolvent, and generally advising in the area of Wealth Management. Gráinne also specialises in Residential Conveyancing and has advised a wide range of clients on all aspects of the purchase, sale and letting of property.
Education
Gráinne was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 1997. She obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and Masters Degree inCommerical Law, both at University College Dublin.
