Power of Attorney
In this modern day, we are all living longer and longer and should plan for every eventuality.
We advise clients to put in place the frameworks to assist in the unfortunate event that capacity issues arise at a future time.
Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney allow our clients to decide who should make decisions for them and deal with their assets in the event they are no longer able to do so at a future time.
We assist in situations where capacity issues arise and Powers of Attorney have not been created by making a Ward of Court application and assisting our clients throughout the period of the Wardship.
We provide advice on matters including:
– Ordinary Powers of Attorney
– Enduring Powers of Attorney
