Louisa has liaised with financial institutions in relation to the drawdown of loan funds, qualifications on title and compliance with pre-conditions of loan offers.
Louisa has experience in the area of ground rents dealing with the acquisition of the freehold interests in properties by owners.

In 2009, Louisa graduated from University College Cork with an Honours Degree in Civil Law (BCL).
Louisa joined Orpen Franks in 2011. Louisa was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland and the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in December 2014.
In 2014, Louisa was awarded a Certificate in Legal Ethics and Lawyering Skills from the Law Society of Ireland.
