Gillian works in our Commercial Property and Banking departments.
Gillian advises on the sale, purchase and lease of property including commercial, residential and mixed use property transactions. She also provides advices in respect of voluntary transactions
She also advises and acts on behalf of a number of developers in the sale and lease of units within large newly constructed commercial and residential estates, to include the drafting, review and negotiation of all required development documentation.
Gillian reviews security documentation on behalf of clients ensuring attention to pre-conditions of security documentation, liaising with financial institutions in respect of the drawdown of loan funds, qualifications on title and compliance with pre-conditions of loan offers. Gillian also provides advices in respect of first registration applications.
Gillian also provides advices to lending institutions in mortgage transactions, security reviews, restructuring of loan facilities and perfection of title.

In 2007, Gillian graduated from NUI Maynooth with a BA Degree in Geography and English and completed a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2008.
Gillian joined Orpen Franks in 2014 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in December 2016.
