The Professional Negligence Lawyers Association will hold their annual Dublin conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8 on the 1st October 2015. The conference will be chaired by Mr Justice Seamus Noonan. The speakers are as follows:

Alan Keating BL, will provide an up-date on case law involving issues relating to professional negligence.

Michael Pooles QC, will examine issues that the ROI might want to avoid. Michael is a top silk specialising in professional negligence and liability, very much at the cutting edge.
